Welcome to Build A Gang Sheet (BAGS)! ? This guide will walk you through the process of setting up a custom account on the standalone version of BAGS. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth setup.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

1. Sign Up & Set Up Your Account

1. Go to app.buildagangsheet.com
2. Click “Sign Up” and fill in the required information.
3. Press “Sign Up” to create your account.
4. After signing up, you will be directed to the Settings tab.
5. Complete your profile information and Save.

2. Configure Company Settings

6. Navigate to the “Company Name” tab.
7. Your Company ID is auto-generated—do not change it.
8. The Max Fee per Order is fixed and cannot be changed.
9. Enable the “Auto Charge Credits” option if needed.
10. Set the Minimum Credit amount that can be charged.
11. Define your Default Charge Credits to create a cap charge automation.

3. Upload Company Details

12. Under the Company tab, enter your Company Name, ID, and Logo.
13. Click “Settings”.

4. Manage Print & File Settings

14. Do not change the Gang Sheet File Name Format—it keeps files organized.
15. Toggle the Print File Name setting to include file names on gang sheets.
16. Adjust the file name position and height if needed.
17. Choose the Gang Sheet File Type for downloads.
18. Enable "Trim Empty Space at the Bottom" for optimized file output.

5. Enable Dropbox & File Upload Settings

19. Click “ON” to connect Dropbox.
20. Click "Save All".
21. Select Supported Upload File Types for customers.
22. Choose whether to Auto Resize Images to 300 dpi.

6. Customize User Features

23. Optionally disable the Background Removal Tool.
24. Disable the Text Feature if you prefer.
25. Turn off Auto Build anytime.
26. Enable "Collect Shipping Addresses on Checkout" for customer orders.

7. Enable Agreement Modal & Margins

27. Enable the Agree Modal—this ensures customers acknowledge responsibility before checkout.
28. Keep the Enable Margin setting on at all times.
29. Modify Default Image Margins if needed.
30. Change the Language Settings.

8. Add Customer Support Features

31. Insert customer service scripts if applicable.
32. Click "Save All".
33. Under Image Gallery, add watermarks or modify gallery access.
34. Click "Save All".

9. Customize Appearance & Security

35. Click “Appearance” to change the background.
36. Update your password anytime.
37. Submit a Support Ticket for assistance.

10. Add Gang Sheet Products

38. Go to "Products".
39. Click "Add Product".
40. Click "Add Size" to specify available sizes.
41. Modify measurement units.
42. Assign a Title to the product.

11. Customize Checkout & Redirects

43. Add a Redirect URL to send customers to a specific page after purchase.
44. Change the button color to match your branding.
45. Copy your script for embedding the product.
46. Copy your standalone site link.

12. Finalizing & Viewing Orders

47. Click "Submit" once editing is complete.
48. View all created Products.
49. Preview what customers see on your store.
50. Click "Orders" to view customer purchases.

13. Manage Designs & Images

51. Click "Designs" to access customer designs.
52. Go to Gallery to add images.
53. Click "Upload Images" and "Browse Files".

14. Manage Customers

54. Click "Customers".
55. Select "Add Customer".
56. Enter the Customer Name and Email.
57. Click "Create".

15. Manage Fonts

58. Click the Fonts icon.
59. Select "Add Fonts".
60. Use the Search Font feature to find a font.
61. Click "A Abstract Groovy", then "Add".
62. Upload your custom font files.

16. Manage Payments & Transactions

63. Go to Payments.
64. Click Transaction ID to view transactions.
65. Click "Transactions".
66. If no transactions are found, revisit later.

17. Get Support When Needed

67. Click “Support Ticket” if you run into any issues.
