Want to offer real-time support directly within your custom builder? The Live Chat feature allows you to integrate your own chat solution with ease.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Builder Settings
    Inside the Builder tab under your dashboard settings, you’ll find all customization tools. This section includes:

    • Supported File Types

    • Auto Resize Image (to meet 300 DPI)

    • Enable Canva

    • Background Warnings

    • Auto Resize for Single Variant

    • Spacing & Tools

    • Enable Live Chat

  2. Enable Live Chat

    • Look for the “Enable Live Chat” field.

    • Paste your live chat service’s script or code snippet (e.g., from Tawk.to, Intercom, Drift, etc.) into the provided space.


That’s it—Live Chat is now active in your builder!
Customers can reach out directly, and you can reply in real time.
