Want to let your customers save their designs, access past orders, and create a personalized experience? Just turn on the Customer Account feature in the Builder settings.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Settings
From your dashboard, click “Settings”
Open the Builder Tab
Navigate to Settings > Builder
Enable Customer Accounts
Find the option labeled “Enable Customer Account”
Toggle it ON to activate account functionality
Click “Save All”
This saves and applies the setting
What Your Customers Will See
A Sign In tab will now appear in the builder
Customers can click it to either sign in or create a new account
Once registered, customers can:
Save and access their designs
Reorder with ease
Have a more personalized experience with your store
Done Customer accounts are now active!
This is a great way to build loyalty, offer convenience, and give users more control.
