Builder Settings: Enable Dropbox For Your Customer

Want to make it easier for customers to upload their files? You can enable Dropbox Integration so customers can connect their personal accounts and pull designs directly into the builder.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Go to Settings

   • Log into your dashboard

   • Click Settings

2. Open the Builder Tab

   • Navigate to: Settings > Builder

3. Enable “Dropbox”

   • Toggle “Enable Dropbox” to ON

   • This allows customers to connect and upload files from their Dropbox accounts

4. Click “Save All”

   • This will apply the setting and make Dropbox available in the builder

What Customers Will See

5. A Dropbox Upload Option will now be available on all eligible products

6. When clicked, customers will be prompted to:

   • “Connect” their personal Dropbox account

   • A new tab will open for them to log in and authorize the app

Dropbox is now available for your customers!
