Gang Sheet Settings (Woo)

The Gang Sheet Settings Tab in your WordPress (Woo) dashboard gives you control over file labeling, output format, trimming, and Dropbox integration. Here's how to customize each part for your workflow.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Access Gang Sheet Settings

1. Go to your dashboard and click “Gang Sheet”

2. Click “Update More”

3. Then go to Settings > Settings, which opens the Gang Sheet tab

 File Naming & Labeling

4. Gang Sheet File Name Format

   • Customize how your gang sheets are labeled (e.g., with order ID, customer name)

   • Choose to print this label at the top, bottom, or both

5. Add/Remove Tags

   • Use dynamic tags like {CustomerName}, {OrderID}, etc.

   • Add multiple or delete tags based on your needs

6. Print File Name

   • Toggle this ON to include the file name on each gang sheet

   • Set your File Name Position and Font Height

7. Enable Per Product

   • Go to the Products tab

   • For each product, enable the file name setting individually

   • Don’t forget to click Submit to save

Output Settings

8. Gang Sheet File Type

   • Choose between:

     • PNG

     • PDF

     • TIFF

   • This affects the exported print file (not customer uploads)

9. Trim Empty Space at the Bottom

   • Enabled: Removes blank space after the last design to save media

   • Customer is still charged for the full dimensions they selected

Dropbox Integration

10. Upload to Dropbox

• Toggle this ON to auto-save gang sheets to a connected Dropbox

• Note: The app also offers unlimited built-in storage
