This is your all-in-one guide to configuring everything inside the Builder Tab from customer tools to image settings, margins, automation, and more.

Step-by-Step Navigation

  1. Click "Gang Sheet"

  2. Click "Update More"

  3. Go to "Settings" → Click the Middle "Settings" Tab

  4. Select the "Builder" Tab


File Uploads & Resolution Tools

  • Supported File Types — Set what files customers can upload (e.g., PNG, SVG, JPG)

  • Auto Resize to 300 DPI — Forces uploads to match print resolution

    • Warnings shown if image loses quality when scaled

    • Must confirm with "Print Anyway" before checkout

  • Background Warning — Notifies customers if background specs or noise are detected

  • Remove Background — Click to instantly clean image backgrounds


Spacing & Measurement Controls

  • Image Margin — Adds space between customer images on gang sheet

  • Art Board Margin — Adds space around the outer edges of the design area

  • Metric Options — Choose inches, cm, etc.


Design Tools

  • Enable Text Tool — Customers can add text to gang sheets

    • Can be disabled globally if not needed

  • Custom Text Colors — Set team/brand-specific color options

  • Custom Image Overlay Colors — Apply tints to uploaded images


Builder Functions

  • Auto Build

    • Customers upload unlimited designs

    • The builder arranges them and auto-generates one or more gang sheets

    • User can select sizes and apply

  • Enable Flipping

    • Lets customers flip text or images horizontally/vertically

  • Enable Canva

    • Integrates Canva editor into builder for direct design access


Checkout & Protection Settings

  • Enable Agree Modal

    • Customer must confirm:

      • They own uploaded content

      • They understand printing risks (e.g., resolution, DTF ink)

  • Enable Collect Shipping Addresses

    • Collects addresses at checkout directly through the builder

  • Enable Live Chat

    • Connect your preferred customer support chat

  • Set Default Language

    • Localize builder interface for your store's main audience
