Design: Order Numbers

Order numbers are a key way to track designs but they only appear once a customer completes their purchase. This guide helps you know where to look and what to do if the design hasn’t been paid for yet.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the “Designs” Tab

   • This will display all customer-created or ordered designs

2. Look for the Order Number Column

   • Once a customer pays for a gang sheet, an Order Number will appear in the designs list

   • This is your best reference for tracking and managing production

If There’s No Order Number

• The design is still in Draft, In Cart, or not yet purchased

• In this case, use:

  • The Customer Name

  • Or the Design ID
    To locate or reference the job
