Design Tab: Find Draft To Paid For Designs

Need to keep track of what customers are working on, what's pending, and what’s been paid for? The Design Tab makes it easy to filter and view designs at every stage of the process.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Click “Designs” in Your BAGS Dashboard

   • This shows all customer designs—whether they’re new, saved, or purchased

Filter by Design Status

2. Click “All”

   • View every design in your system, regardless of status

3. Click “Draft”

   • View designs that were started but not submitted

4. Click “In Cart”

   • See designs that have been added to a customer’s cart but not yet paid for

5. Click “Ordered”

   • Shows all designs that have been fully paid and submitted

Done now you can monitor your entire design pipeline!
From unfinished drafts to completed orders, you have full visibility over the customer journey.
