Design Tab

The Design Tab is your central hub for managing customer artwork from drafts to completed orders. Here's how to view, search, edit, and process designs efficiently.

What You Can Do in the Design Tab

Search & Identify

1. Click “Designs” in your dashboard

   • See all customer created or purchased designs

2. Copy the Design ID

   • Every design has a unique ID ideal for support and internal tracking

3. View Customer Names

   • See which customer created each design

4. Track by Order Number

   • This field appears only after a design has been paid for

5. Use the Search Bar

   • Search by customer name, design ID, or other criteria

Preview & Edit Designs

6. Click “Preview”

   • Opens a visual preview of the gang sheet design

7. Click “Edit”

   • Launches the builder to make design adjustments

   • Don’t forget to click Save Design after edits

Checkout & Manage Status

8. Click “Checkout”

   • Process the design as an order if the customer is ready to purchase

9. Click “All”

   • View all designs regardless of status

10. Click “Draft”

    • See designs started but not completed

11. Click “In Cart”

    • See designs added to the cart but not yet paid

12. Click “Ordered”

    • View designs that have been fully paid and submitted
