The Orders tab gives you full control over customer submissions, edits, downloads, and fulfillment — here's how to master it all.

Click "Build a Gang Sheet"
– Start in your main hub.
Click "Orders"
– This opens your full order list and controls.
View Orders Below the Tab
– Scroll down to access individual orders.
Click "Allow Edit"
– This gives the customer permission to edit their gang sheet after ordering.
Select "Allow"
– The system will send the editable version back to the customer.
Look for Confirmation
– A success message will show when it’s been sent.
Click "Download Gang Sheet"
– Download any order (fulfilled or unfulfilled) for review or printing.
Click "Edit Design"
– Personally make changes to a customer’s gang sheet in a new tab.
Click "View Images"
– Opens up the designs in the order — ready to view or download.
Click the Download Button
– That’s where the files start downloading.
Use the "Search" Field
– Quickly find designs by name or keyword.
Click the Shopify View
– See the order details directly in Shopify.
Filter by Fulfilled/Unfulfilled
– Easily toggle between order statuses.
Switch Search Engines Anytime
– Adjust your search tool for a different view or filtering style.

Now you can search, edit, download, and manage every part of the order process with ease.
