How To Add BAGS To WordPress

Welcome to the BAGS. fam!  This guide will walk you through setting up the BAGS. plugin on your WordPress store, so you can start selling gang sheets with ease.

Step-by-Step Breakdown

Install the Plugin

1. Go to “Plugins” in WordPress

2. Click "Add New Plugin" → Click "Upload Plugin"

3. Upload this file:
   gang-sheet-builder_latest.zip

4. Click "Install Now" → Then "Activate Plugin"

5. You should now see "Gang Sheet" in your WordPress menu!

⚙️ Initial Setup

6. Click "Gang Sheet" in the menu

7. Fill in your app info — add:

   • Your logo

   • Allowed file types

   • Optional: Enable Print File Name on top of Gang Sheet

8. Click "Save"

Add a Product in WooCommerce

9. Go to "Products" → Click "Add New Product"

10. Name your product

11. Add the tag: gang sheet under “Add new tag”

12. Click Add → Select Pending Review → Click OK → Then Publish

Set Up the Product in BAGS.

13. Go back to "Gang Sheet" → Click "Products"

14. Click the Edit button

15. Click "+Add Size" → Fill in size info (e.g. Width: 22", Height: 20") → Click Save

16. Click "Update More" to tailor the BAGS app to your business

Extra Features & Client Tools

17. Add cool features for customers → Click Submit to save

18. Click the Back arrow to return to your products

19. Click the Eye icon to preview how your product looks to customers

Order & Design Management

20. Click "Orders" to see all customer orders

21. Click "Designs" to view/edit customer designs

22. Click "Gallery" to upload images for customer use

Image & Gallery Setup

23. Click "Add Category" → Fill in a name

24. Upload a cover photo (.png or .jpg) → Click Submit

25. Click "Add Images" to upload up to 100 designs at once!

Customer & Font Management

26. Click "Customers" to manage user info

27. Go to "Fonts" to upload or select available fonts

28. Click "Payments" to see customer payments

Add & Manage Credits

29. Click "Add Credits" → Go to "Auto Charge Credits"

30. Or manually Add Credits and check "Transactions" for activity

Final Settings & Customization

31. Go to "Settings" → Fill in info
    Do NOT change “Gang Sheet File Name Format”
    Turn on the features you want

32. Click "Company" → Fill in your business name and save

33. Revisit "Settings" to:

• Connect Dropbox

• Enable Live Chat

• Adjust Watermark Opacity

• Style the app under "Appearance"

34. Click "Save All" when finished!

BAGS. is now LIVE on your WordPress store!
