Uploaded Artwork Isn't Going into Dropbox

If you're experiencing issues with your artwork not uploading to Dropbox, please check that your Dropbox storage is not full. When storage is maxed out, it can prevent files from uploading properly and may also affect your ability to download files.


To resolve this, either free up space by deleting unnecessary files or upgrade your storage plan. Once you’ve done that, re-download the files this will prompt them to upload correctly to your Dropbox.


Note: Our app will not charge you again for downloading the same file.
