Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Gang Sheet Settings Tab
   Navigate to:
   https://app.buildagangsheet.com
   Then go to: Settings > Settings > Gang Sheet

2. Gang Sheet File Name Format

   • Defines what file name appears on the gang sheet (top or bottom)

   • Great for labeling or organizing printed output

3. Edit Request Email

   • Set an internal contact for when customers request edits

4. Print File Name (Toggle ON/OFF)

   • Turn this ON if you want the file name to be visible on the print

   • Turn OFF for clean designs without labels

5. Gang Sheet File Type

   • Controls the file format your printer receives

   • This is not the customer upload type—this is strictly your print output (e.g., .png, .pdf)

6. Trim Empty Space at the Bottom

   • Automatically cuts off unused vertical space at the bottom of the gang sheet

   • Helps save material and printing time

Dropbox Integration

7. Upload to Dropbox

   • Toggle this ON to connect Dropbox with the app

   • All gang sheets will automatically be saved to a synced Dropbox folder

8. Connect Dropbox Account

   • Use the connect button to link your Dropbox

   • Once linked, a folder is created automatically for saving gang sheet files

9. Gang Sheet Folder Path

   • This is the name of the Dropbox folder where all output files will be stored

   • You can customize the folder path name to keep files organized
