My Product is Not Appearing on App (Shopify)

Having trouble seeing your product in the Build A Gang Sheet app? Don’t worry follow these quick steps to sync it properly and get it visible in the system.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Go to Shopify > Products

   • Click on the product that isn’t showing in the app

2. Set Product Type and Tag

   • In the Product type field, enter: Gang Sheet

   • In the Tags field, also type: Gang Sheet

3. Assign the Correct Theme Template

   • If you're using a newer Shopify theme, go to the Theme Template dropdown

   • Select: gang-sheet

   • This enables the app button on the product page

4. Click “Save”

   • Be sure your product changes are saved

Sync with Build A Gang Sheet App

5. Go to Apps > Build A Gang Sheet

   • Open the app in your Shopify admin

6. Click the “Products” Tab

   • Your product should now be listed

7. Edit the Product in the App

   • Click Edit next to your gang sheet product

   • Double-check that all required fields (like number fields and size) are properly filled in

8. Go to “Settings”

   • Confirm any custom setup (like pricing or tool toggles)

9. Click “Save”

   • Save your settings in the app

Your product should now appear and be functional in the app!
If not, try refreshing both Shopify and the Build A Gang Sheet interface.
