   On your dashboard menu, locate and click the "Support Ticket" option.

4. Select the Ticket Type
   Organize your request by choosing the appropriate ticket type (e.g., Bug Report, Feature Request, General Support).

5. Choose Your Platform
   Indicate whether you're using the Standalone version or WooCommerce, so our team knows where to look.

6. Submit the Ticket
   Once everything is filled in, hit the "Submit Ticket" button.
