Worried about customers uploading files with hidden or unwanted backgrounds? The Background Warning feature alerts users before they proceed—helping prevent poor-quality prints.
Step-by-Step Setup
Go to Settings
In your dashboard, click Settings
Open the Builder Tab
Navigate to: Settings > Builder
Enable “Background Warning”
Toggle this feature ON to automatically scan uploaded images for potential background issues
Click “Save All”
Save your settings to activate the warning system
What Customers Will See
Upload Image(s)
When a customer uploads a design, the system checks for unwanted background layers or artifacts
If a Warning Appears, they can choose:
Remove Background – Launches the background remover tool
Discard – Deletes the upload
Don’t Show Again – Disables the warning for that session
Continue – Proceeds without removing the background
Done your builder now protects against background issues!
This helps ensure higher print quality and prevents common upload mistakes.
