Builder Settings: Auto Resize Image To Meet 300 DPI

Enable this setting to automatically resize uploaded images so they meet optimal 300 DPI resolution—helping prevent blurry prints and ensuring customers are warned about poor image quality.

Step-by-Step Setup 

  1. Click “Gang Sheet”

  2. Click “Update More”

  3. Click “Settings”

  4. Go to the “Builder” Tab

    • Look for:

      • Supported File Types

      • Auto Resize Image to Meet 300 DPI

      • Canva Integration

      • Background Warning

      • Auto Resize for Single Image Variant

      • Spacing & Tools

  5. Toggle “Auto Resize Image to Meet 300 DPI” ON

  6. Click “Save All”


What Customers Will See

  1. Image Resizes Automatically on Upload

    • Uploaded images shrink to ensure they meet 300 DPI

  2. Image Outline Appears

    • Each design shows a quality box outline indicating DPI status

  3. Stretching Images Will Trigger Warnings

    • If the image is enlarged beyond safe DPI, a warning appears up to 3 times

  4. Checkout Warnings

    • When the user clicks “Save & Add to Cart,” they’ll see:

      • A low-resolution warning

      • The “Add to Cart & Exit” button will be blocked

  5. Print Anyway Option

    • To continue, the customer must check the “Print Anyway” box, confirming they accept potential print issues
