Builder Settings: Supported Upload File Types

Want to control which file formats your customers can upload? Use this setting to define the exact file types your builder will accept—keeping your uploads clean and print-ready.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Click “Gang Sheet”

2. Click “Update More”

3. Go to “Settings”

4. Open the “Builder” Tab

   • Here you’ll find:

     • Supported File Types

     • Auto Resize to 300 DPI

     • Enable Canva

     • Background Warning

     • Auto Resize for Single Image Variant

     • Spacing, and more

5. Locate “Supported Upload File Types”

   • This field lets you control the file formats your builder will allow from customers

Add or Update File Types

6. Enter Accepted Formats

   • Recommended options:

     • .png, .jpg, .svg, .pdf

   • Use commas or line breaks to separate each type

7. Click “Save All”

   • This ensures your file type rules go live across the builder

Done only the formats you specify are now accepted!
