Builder Settings: How To Change Supported Upload File Types

Control exactly which file types your customers can upload. This helps prevent errors and ensures you receive only files compatible with your print process.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Click “Gang Sheet”

   • Open the admin section for builder settings

2. Click “Update More”

3. Go to “Settings”

4. Click the “Builder” Tab

   • You’ll find:

     • Supported File Types

     • Auto Resize Image to 300 DPI

     • Canva Integration

     • Background Warning

     • Spacing

     • Tools and more

5. Find “Supported Upload File Types”

   • This is where you define which file formats are accepted by your builder

Customize Your Accepted Formats

6. Enter Your File Types

   • Examples:

     • .png

     • .jpg

     • .svg

     • .pdf

   • Separate them with commas as needed

7. Click “Save All”

   • Apply the changes to make your file upload restrictions live

Done—your builder now only accepts approved file formats!
