Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to Settings

   • Log in to your dashboard

   • Click Settings

2. Click the “Gang Sheet” Tab

   • Navigate to: Settings > Gang Sheet

3. Click “Gang Sheet File Name Format”

   • This field lets you define the structure of your file names using dynamic variables

Example Variables You Can Use

• {OrderID} – Customer's order number

• {CustomerName} – Customer’s full name

• {Date} – Date of order

• {DesignID} – Unique design identifier

Example Format:
{CustomerName}_{OrderID}_{Date} → results in JaneDoe_12345_2025-04-18
