Orders: How To Allow Customers To Edit Their Own Order

Sometimes customers need to make a last-minute change no worries! Here’s how to give them editing access after they place an order.

Click "Build a Gang Sheet"
– Head to your main workspace.
Click "Orders"
– This brings up all current and past orders.
Scroll to See the Order List Below
– You'll see individual orders ready to manage.
Click "Allow Edit"
– This lets a customer re-edit their gang sheet after submitting.
Select "Allow"
– The system will send editing access directly to the customer who created it.
Check for Confirmation
– A success message will appear when it's been sent.

Now your customers can jump in, make fixes, and resubmit easy peasy.
