Image To Sheet

The Image To Sheet feature allows you to turn individual images into standalone products without gang sheet layout. Perfect for selling ready-to-print designs like DTF transfers or UV prints.

Step-by-Step Setup

PART 1: Configure “Image to Sheet” Settings

1. Go to Apps > Build A Gang Sheet

2. Click Settings

3. Select the “Image to Sheet” tab

4. Set Your Printer Width

   • Enter the max width your printer supports

5. Set Max Height

   • Example: Use 120 if you need to add a white underbase layer

6. Adjust Image Margin

   • Sets space between individual images for cutting

7. Adjust Artboard Margin

   • Sets space between image and edge of the sheet (can be set to 0 if unnecessary)

8. Choose the Correct Unit

   • Use inches, cm, or mm—based on your printer

9. Set Price Per Square Unit

   • Flat rate pricing is coming soon

10. Choose Image Sizing Rule

• Wide or Longest Side (you can’t select both)

11. Create a Title & Add Size Options

• Enter side dimensions for customer selection

• Use the plus icon to add more

• Use the trash icon to remove sizes

12. Click “Save All” when finished

PART 2: Upload & Import Designs

13. Go to Products

14. Click Images to Sheet (top right)

15. Click “Add Products”

16. Click Upload Images

• You can upload up to 20 images at once (Shopify limit)

17. Select your designs > Click Import

• Or choose Import from Gallery

18. Use Sort, Search, or Category Filters to find specific designs

• Helpful tip: Sort by “Most Used” to see popular sellers

19. You can:

• Change titles

• Remove designs

• Create Product Types (e.g., UV DTF, DTF)

  • Product types must match exactly to be grouped correctly

PART 3: Customize Per Product

20. Do not manually adjust dimensions here

• To change them, go back to Settings > Image to Sheet

21. You can:

• Toggle size availability

• View prices per design

• Enable actual size display for variants

22. Click “Create Products”

• These will automatically be added to your Shopify product list

After Publishing

• Add your products to Collections

• Customers will now see:

  • Watermarked previews

  • Price, dimensions, and tags

  • Size and quantity selectors

  • “Add to Cart” functionality
