Add App Block Doesn't Work

If your App Blocks aren’t showing up when customizing your product page, follow this step-by-step guide to insert the right block manually and link it to the correct product type.

Step-by-Step Fix

1. Go to Your Theme Editor

2. Click “Sales Channels”

3. Click “Online Store”

4. Click “Customize” to open your theme editor

5. Click the product template (e.g., Standard Gang Sheet)

Add the App Block

6. Hover over a block and click “Add Block”

7. Scroll to “Apps”

8. Select the correct app button based on the product type:

   • Gang Size → Upload By Size

   • Gang Upload → Upload a Gang Sheet

   • Gang Sheet → Gang Sheet or Rolling Gang Sheet

9. After inserting the correct block, click “Save”

Done Your App Block Should Now Display Correctly!
Be sure your product has the correct template assigned in Shopify.
