Image to Sheet: Full Setup Guide

This powerful tool lets you turn images into print-ready, price-calculated products — fully integrated with Shopify. Here's how to make it sing.

Go to "Apps"
Click "Build a Gang Sheet"
Click "Settings" → Select "Image to Sheet"
Set "Printer Width"
– Enter your printer’s max width (in inches).
Adjust "Max Height"
– Commonly set to 120 for top users who add white spot layers.
Set "Image Margin"
– Controls space between each design (for cutting).
Set "Art board Margin"
– Controls space between designs and the edge of the gang sheet.
– Tip: It’s okay to set this to 0 if not needed!
Check "Unit"
– Make sure your unit (inches, cm, etc.) matches your printer setup.
Set Price Per Square Unit or Flat Rate
– Currently price-per-inch based or Flat rate pricing
Choose "Side" Option
– Pick either "Wide" or "Longest Side" not both.
Create a "Title" and Add Dimensions
– These are the sizes your customers can choose from.
Add or Remove Options
– Use the ➕ or ?️ icons to edit available sizing options.
Click "Save All"
– Save everything once your dimensions are set.

Click "Products" → Top Right: Select "Images to Sheet"
Click "Add Products"
Upload Images (Max 20 at a time)
– Shopify limit for now, but likely to expand soon.
Click "Import"
– Or choose "Import from Gallery" to pull existing designs.
Use "Sort" or "Search" to Find Designs
– Use Most Used or search by name/category.
Select Designs You Want
– Rename Titles, or remove unwanted ones.
Create "Product Type" Titles (e.g., UV DTF, DTF)
– These group your products automatically — keep titles consistent!

Choose Size Options Per Product Type
Review Design Pricing
– Flat rates will be available soon.
Enable Size Display (Optional)
– Shows actual dimensions alongside variants.
Click "Create Products"
– Products are now added to Shopify.
Create a Collection on Your Shopify Site
– Add your new products to your store with no extra setup needed!

You're now fully set up to sell image-based print products with margin control, price automation, and customer-friendly layout.
